1. Order Cancellation
– Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Ulav Naturals (Unit of SD Enterprises) immediately at +91 8807350890 or email us at sdenterprises1201@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
– After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product following our Returns process outlined below.
2. Returns
– Ulav Naturals (Unit of SD Enterprises) accepts returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact us at +91 8807350890 or email us at sdenterprises1201@gmail.com to initiate a return.
– The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
– Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
– Certain items are not eligible for return, including opened or used products, products damaged due to misuse, and any item not in its original condition or packaging.
4. Refunds

– Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchange
